Week Three: Contracts and Work Loads

We got contacted back from Rory our superviser this after he had a talk with our clients this week. They are looking for a website, posters, flyers, a louth branch logo and a short promotional video. This to me seemed like it would be a lot of work for the few weeks we had to work on this. So as a group we discussed what we could get done with our experience and we agreed that we could get the posters, flyers and logo done without a problem, but the video and website might be a lot more work as it is a lot of planning to go into both.

We came to the conclusion that we could do the video and the website as long as the video was only 30 seconds to a minute long and the website was no more that 3 pages. We also made up our contract for our group on what times we meet behavior and if someone is not pulling their weight. We agreed to have meetings every monday and that Lorraine would be taking minutes of the meetings and Gussy will be posting the minutes and contract in our shared Google Doc as well as any other information.
